After many months of planning and infrastructure upgrades, Malahat's organization and community homes can now sign up for high-speed internet services. This transition marks a big step forward in improving connectivity, not just for individual households but for the nation as a whole. On May 13th, 2025, Premier David Eby introduced Bill 15 - the Infrastructure Projects Act. This Bill would grant the Cabinet extraordinary powers to expedite major infrastructure projects in BC.
