Malahat Nation Lands & Environment department has been working to create a policy to guide assigning addresses for future buildings on Malahat lands, resolving current address issues, and naming of roads and community buildings as they are developed. The policy was adopted via Band Council Resolution (BCR 2025/26-037) at the end of September.
